Cable Dahmer Arena Rules
The Cable Dahmer Arena has some of the hottest games, concerts, and special events around. But to make sure it’s fun for everyone, there are a few rules that you have to follow.
Make sure you read the rules below so you know what to expect. They will help you avoid any issues during your visit to the venue. Please note that some events may have slightly different rules and management reserves the right to modify their rules for each event.

Accessibility Policy
The Cable Dahmer Arena works hard to offer the best possible accessibility for patrons in need. This includes wheelchair and ADA-approved seating available at all levels and price ranges. Wheelchair and ADA-approved seating includes nearby companion seating as space allows.
In addition, the arena is proud to offer extra accommodations. Please call the arena at your earliest convenience with any questions regarding your needs.
Handicap Accessible parking is available in the East & South Lots. Cable Dahmer Arena has 43 designated accessible spaces. In order to park in the spaces reserved for disabled guests, the vehicle must have a state issued handicapped window pass, sticker, or license plate. Any vehicle may drop off a disabled patron at the front of the arena and then park their car in the parking lot.

Bag Policy
Bags should be left in your vehicle.
Event staff reserves the right to inspect bags before allowing entry.
Camera Policy
NO professional cameras (still or video); personal cameras acceptable. No Audio or Video recordings.
If a specific event has an exception, then it will be noted if you call the venue to ask.

Lost and Found Policy
If you lose your items then please check with event staff before you leave to ask about any lost and found items. You may also contact the venue at 816-442-6100.

Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed in the venue.
- Aerosol cans
- Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
- Animals (except certified service dogs for the disabled)
- Beach balls and other inflatable items
- Bota bags or wine skins
- Bullhorns, air horns, or noise makers
- Bicycles
- Cameras or recording devices (varies by event)
- Confetti
- Fireworks, firearms, or other weapons
- Helium Balloons
- Backpacks
- Glass bottles or aluminum cans, ice chests (coolers) or thermos containers
- Laser pointers
- Outside food or beverage
- Signs
- Skateboards or roller blades
- Sticks or clubs (including signs attached to sticks)
- Stools or folding chairs
- Water bottles or mugs
These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.
The Cable Dahmer Arena reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.
Re-Entry/Entry Policy
Generally, re-entry is not allowed.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. The Cable Dahmer Arena will only issue a refund when a headlining act cancels or postpones their performance.
Smoking Rules
Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Please contact the venue to ask about any available smoking areas outside of the venue.
